Fruit Smoothy
3 1/2oz Strawberries or Raspberries1 Banana
5 1/2fl oz Milk
Blend all fruit to a puree.
Add milk and pour into a tall glass
Strawberry Jam
1 1/4lb Jam Sugar
2 1/4lb Strawberries cut in half
1 Lemon, zest and juice
Place sugar, lemon zest and juice in a large pan and heat slowly till sugar melts.
Add strawberries stir gently and bring to the boil for 3 – 4 minutes, up to 10 if thicker preferred.
Leave to cool and skim of froth with a clean spoon,
Spoon into sterile jars, seal.
