BELHAVEN FRUIT ICE
Belhaven Fruit Ice is a unique high quality product, which was conceived due to an excess of strawberries on the fruit farm and a love of ice cream. We are not allowed to call it ice cream because it is dairy free.
But we like to call it “guilt free ice cream” being dairy, fat and gluten free.
Belhaven Fruit Ice has a very high fruit content 40% in the strawberry, 40% in the Raspberry, 40% in the Apple and 30% in the Lemon. This high fruit content is the factor that sets our Fruit Ice apart from its competitors. All the ingredients are natural and you can taste the fruit, a flavour sensation you do not experience in other ice creams.
All four flavours are available in 125ml, 500ml, 2.5litres and 5 litre tubs.
We also produce a Fruit Sorbet in Apple and Lemon.
We now have a sales team on the road; and we have over 100 outlets in the Lothians, Edinburgh, Fife and the Borders. Following very positive feed back from Farmers Markets the public is now looking for outlets to purchase our product locally.
We deliver in refrigerated vans so the product is delivered in perfect condition.
Belhaven Fruit Ice is being featured in Channel 4 Delicious magazine as a new up and coming product, which can be seen at the Taste Festival in Edinburgh in June 2008.
